Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You will receive an email once your order has shipped, along with a tracking link.
Delivery timelines
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Rest of India: 5–8 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional restrictions beyond our control.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Any ongoing free-shipping thresholds will be clearly displayed on the cart page.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your order's journey until it reaches your doorstep.
International shipping
LUXERA currently ships within India only. International shipping will be introduced as we grow — follow our channels for updates.
