Returns & Exchanges
We want every LUXERA piece to fit right and feel right. If it doesn't, here is how we make it easy.
Return window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for return
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags and the neck label are intact
- The item is in its original packaging
Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for return regardless of the above, provided you notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Size exchanges
Ordered the wrong size? Write to us with your order number and the size you need — we will arrange a pickup for the original item and ship the replacement once it clears quality check, subject to stock availability.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-returnable items
Items marked as final sale or purchased during clearance promotions are not eligible for return or exchange, unless defective.
